Visiting our clinic
We approve to handle entrusted dialysis treatment after we consult regarding to your medical information. Please bring your health insurance and dialysis information from the clinic when you visit here.

- Cup
- Headphones for TV
- Tourniquet
Meal (extra charge applies)
Meals are service upon request during dialysis treatment.
Please give a notice to the clerk when requesting a meal.
